Meraas' Dubai Ocean Mansions work on track; set for mid-2024 handover

BVLGARI Ocean Mansions is a series of eight ultra-exclusive luxury residences built by the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, which gracefully surround the northern shore of Jumeirah Bay Island over the sparkling seas of the Arabian Gulf.

The five-bedroom mansions seem to float over the seaward edge of the island and include a beautiful garden setting near to the entrance, reflecting the Mediterranean heritage and design of the BVLGARI brand. Sophisticated architectural components accentuate the illusion of consistency with the surrounding seascape, while the structure itself looks suspended between the ocean and the sky, emphasizing the abrupt transition from land to sea.

The pedestrian-only walkway connects the BVLGARI buildings. The hotel is located within the Yacht Club. Its architecture is inspired by Italian seaside harbors.
