According to financial services firm Remitly, the most popular destination for foreign visitors is Dubai, based on a 12-month analysis of Google search data.
After 164 countries’ “move to city” phrases were examined, Dubai consistently emerged as the “it destination,” ranking first on the list.
Although moving can be challenging, news has spread about the city’s helpful services, expat-friendly laws, and tax-free salaries that make it simple.
People were actively looking into ways to move to Dubai, the research claims, in 37 of the 50 US states and seven out of 10 Canadian provinces. Third place went to Paris, and Miami was the second most sought location.
The list only included Singapore as an Asian destination. With Madrid coming in at number five, Paris took third place in Europe. Also awarded spots were London and Brussels.
