Japan Review on Dubai Real Industry & DLD'S Position in Real Estate Sector

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has briefed the Japanese Consul-General in Dubai about the prominent international practices and standards used in Dubai’s real estate sector.
The discussions, which took place during a meeting between Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director-General of Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Noboru Sekiguchi, Consul-General of Japan in Dubai.

- DLD’s various initiatives in the real estate sector, especially in the real estate registration field.
- Covered strengthening methods of cooperation between DLD and the authorities concerned with real estate registration in Japan.
- Briefed on the systems and mechanisms used in the real estate registration and regulation processes and procedures.
DLD's Role
- Keen to exchange experiences with all local and international entities to strengthen ties with them as part of its move to attain best international standards.
- Mainly in the real estate registration field, and strengthen methods of cooperation between Dubai Land Department and the authorities concerned with real estate registration in Japan.
