Where is Eywa?

Located beside the Dubai Water Canal, Eywa offers a range of apartments with two to five bedrooms that offer views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and the Dubai Canal.

The boutique building, which spans 19 stories and has 46 apartments and 2 penthouses, is intended to promote harmony and the welfare of the neighborhood.

The apartments have large living rooms, family rooms, walk-through closets, service kitchens, front-of-house kitchens, and en suite bathrooms.

With 1,450 crystals incorporated into its structure for well-being, Eywa is unique in that it incorporates the principles of Vastu Shastra.

The goal of this strategy is to dispel negative energy and increase positive energy; decreased conflict and enhanced focus are among the expected advantages.

Eywa’s architecture combines organic elements, inspired by the Southern Pillar of Heaven in China and the banyan tree.

There are obvious features such as organic branch weaving, interlocking roots, and circular columns, in addition to the use of plants for sustainable living in the façade.

Modern amenities available at Eywa include a spa, movie theater, library, swimming pools, kid-friendly zones, fitness centers, lounges, and yoga spaces.

Sustainability is prioritized, and a healthy environment is guaranteed by LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications.

A harmonious urban landscape, green spaces, and energy efficiency are the top priorities of Eywa, which is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026.
