Wasl Tower Expected to be Completed by Second Quarter of 2024

Construction
Wasl Tower will have 64 storeys, 229 residential units, 258 hotel rooms, 185,345 square feet of office space, and 11 parking floors.
Development
- It will be Dubai’s second Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
- A helipad will also be part of the project, which has a built-up area of 1.8 million square feet.
- 56 stories of structural construction are finished, and level 13 of the façade is complete.
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumping works are now at level 52.
Completion
Wasl Tower will be finished in the second quarter of 2024.
Connection
The Burj Khalifa Metro Station, which connects Downtown Dubai and City Walk, will be connected to the tower, which has a direct view of the tower.
