Launching Dubai's Newest Luxury Resort

Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is a home to a number of landmarks including:

▪️  Burj Khalifa

▪️  Burj Al Arab hotel

▪️  Palm Islands.

In addition to this, the emirate will soon have one more landmark:

▪️  The Floating Sea Palace Resort with plans to be placed at Dubai Marina.

▪️  The project costing around AED 600 million consists of a hotel and six floating glass boat houses, each priced at AED 20 million.

Project Highlights 

▪️  It is a mix of a yacht and home. 

▪️  The house is licensed as a yacht. 

▪️  It is being built by Seagate Shipyard developed by El Bahrawy Group.

▪️  Homes are named as Neptune and completed 95%, and the remaining work will be finished in a month.

Features

▪️  A glass bottom placed at the yacht to enjoy the underwater views during the day and night.

▪️  The house consists of two floors, a balcony, and a roof with an outdoor swimming pool. 

▪️  Each floor is 300 sqm, which makes it 900 sqm in total. The first floor consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms. 

▪️  It also includes a kitchen, a living room and two additional rooms for the domestic workers.

▪️  It is built on a class specification basis. There are 12 classes globally.

 

Mohamed El Bahrawy, CEO and founder of El Bahrawy Group said that, the whole project is around 65% complete.

He also added that, “You can license a house according to your passport and sail to any part of the world as each house can be separated from the entire project” and the hotel will be operated by the company itself.
