Keturah Reserve will be designed by the renowned architect; Charles Wu, who had been involved in numerous high-profile residential and commercial projects in the UK, Asia and in the United States. At the same time, the open-plan spaces will be designed without any hallways or corridors and will feature custom-designed furniture and fixtures to optimize the flow of passage.

Each 3-storey townhouse consists of 2 distinct parts – the communal space at the front and the private space at the back, which are connected by a passerelle. The sophisticated interiors will be inspired by the natural colours and textures of the surrounding desert and will be executed in the 3 cool-neutral tone-on-tone palette of cream, champagne and bronze, as well as textures of wood, stone, glass and metal. The superhomes will boast bleached bone-coloured travertine facades, which will just add to the atmosphere of complete opulence and refinement.
